CLAY TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

April 23rd, 2025 6:00 PM

  1. CALL TO ORDER: The April 23rd, 2025, Meeting of the Clay Township Board was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Andy Kietzman, and those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Andy Kietzman, Supervisors Mike Lichter via phone, Jeff Haukebo via phone, Treasurer Brandi Ward and Clerk Kristina Case, Sue Pickus
  3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the agenda as presented.
  4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
    1. Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes-March 26th, 2025: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes for March 26th, 2025.
  5. NEW BUSINESS:
    1. Mantrap Valley Conservation Club Bingo Application: A motion was made Kietzman, Seconded by Haukebo, and unanimously carried approve the bingo application.
  6. OLD BUSINESS:
    1. Short Courses are in Bemidji on May 1st, 2025
  7. ROAD REPORT:
  8. APPROVAL OF TREASURERS REPORT: Reports were discussed. A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the treasurer’s report, pay outstanding invoices.
  9. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
