- CALL TO ORDER: The September 27th, 2023, Meeting of the Clay Township Board was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Andy Kietzman, and those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Andy Kietzman, Supervisors Jeff Haukebo and Mike Lichter via Speaker Phone, Treasurer Del Holz, Clerk Kristina Case and Hubbard County Commissioner District 4 Steve Keranen
- APPROVAL OF AGENDA: A motion was made by Haukebo, seconded by Kietzman, and unanimously carried to approve the agenda as presented.
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
- Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes-July 26th, 2023: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes for July 26th, 2023, as presented.
- Clay Township Annual Meeting Continuation Minutes July 26th, 2023: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the Clay Township Annual Meeting Continuation Minutes for July 26th, 2023, as presented.
- NEW BUSINESS:
- Certificate of Liability 2023/2024: Received New Certificate of insurance.
- John Carder: Haukebo received application for dwelling permit. Discussion followed. A motion was made by Haukebo, seconded by Kietzman, and unanimously carried to approve permit.
- OLD BUSINESS:
- Deep Lake Campground: Nothing new to report
- Sheep Ranch Acquisition Update: Gate will be opened on Oct 1st
- APPROVAL OF TREASURERS REPORT: Holz presented his written treasurer’s report to the board. Adjustment Line 16 to $57,149.99 A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Haukebo, and unanimously carried to approve the treasurer’s report and to pay the outstanding invoices.
- ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:49 p.m.
