- CALL TO ORDER: The May 27th, 2026, Meeting of the Clay Township Board was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Andy Kietzman, and those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Andy Kietzman, Supervisors Jeff Haukebo, Mike Lichter, Treasurer Brandi Ward, Deputy Clerk Kristina Case, Deputy Tony Petrie, running for Hubbard County Sherrif
- APPROVAL OF AGENDA: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the agenda as presented.
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

- Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes-April 22nd, 2026 , A motion was made by Keitzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes for April 22nd, 2026.
- NEW BUSINESS:
- UFFDA: Request to approve LG220. A motion was made by Lichter, seconded by Keitzman, and unanimously carried to approve LG220
- Lets Go Fishing: Request to approve LG220. A motion was made by Keitzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve LG220.
- Carder: Permit to build 20*40 shed on 104. A motion was made by Keitzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve permit.

- Resolution for Paid Leave Premium Sharing: Discussion followed. A motion was made by Keitzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve 100% township funded Paid Leave.
- OLD BUSINESS:
- ROAD REPORT: Jack Fish, discussion followed.
- APPROVAL OF TREASURERS REPORT: Reports were discussed. A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve paying the bills and having Edward Jones put CD into savings.
- ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:34 p.m.
