CLAY TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING

April 22nd, 2026, 6:00 PM

  1. CALL TO ORDER: The April 22nd, 2026, Meeting of the Clay Township Board was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Chair Andy Kietzman, and those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

  1. ROLL CALL: Present: Chair Andy Kietzman, Supervisors Jeff Haukebo via phone, Mike Lichter, Treasurer Brandi Ward and Deputy Clerk Kristina Case

 

  1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the agenda as presented.

 

  1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

 

    • Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes-March 25th, 2026  , A motion was made by Keitzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the Clay Township Regular Meeting Minutes for March 25th, 2026.

 

  1. NEW BUSINESS:

  1. ROAD REPORT: Jack Fish, discussion followed. A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Lichter, and unanimously carried to approve the signing the expectation for additional fees. A motion was made by Kietzman, seconded by Haukebo, and unanimously carried to approve the authorization for Lichter to spend up to $40,000 for Jack Fish project.

 

  1. APPROVAL OF TREASURERS REPORT: Reports were discussed. A motion was made by Haukebo, seconded by Kietzman, and unanimously carried to approve paying the bills.

 

 

  1. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Haukebo, seconded by Kietzman, and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m.
